Case event

I am curious if anyone else has had an issue with the current event. Last night I opened case with cash and got my 9th wrench and was rewarded the vest. This morning first open again cash I received 10th wrench and what should have been the car. However the wrench count stayed at 9 and did not register.

A few people I know have this issue. I would suggest sending a ticket.

I don`t have that particular issue but I have found this one easier , I`m up to 6 wrenches with cash hits so far and have collected 5 out of the 8 items . I usually give up after a few boxes of getting nothing but it definately seems better this time round although I`ll no doubt get stuck on 9 wrenches and 7 out of 8 items :rolleyes:

Actually i thought i was having that issue too..then i realized the first item the wrencher resembles the wrench so i was repeating the first item again and not actually getting a wrench but a repeat of the first item

Yes I'm having the case event issue as well. ALL my opened cases are gone, also my unopened cases are gone. The progress I had is set back to O. And yes I spent some gold opening cases. This really sux. I don't know how Gree is going to fix this one, but it better significant.

Thanks for pointing that out Sharon. I was fairly certain that it was the wrench needed for the car but now I am not 100%. It did seem like I got the 10th a bit too easily.

I just got that 1st unit, too. It looks just like the box items to collect 10.

GREE is gonna get a boatload of tickets over this for no other reason than having similar artwork.
Way to bog down the already bogged CS Team.

We are actually receiving quite a number of tickets for this. We've let the team know to avoid this naming convention in the future to avoid confusion.

happend to me too, but what actually happend is you get the individual price wrench. Not the toolbox wrenches to get the car reward.

Too funny when I seen this post and recalled one of my teammates was getting annoyed for the wrenches not counting. I told him to submit a ticket. was a little funny that he was getting angry over something so trivial. Thanks for bringing up the issue and congratulations to Gree.
