Missing prizes from 11h battle

Some from my syn miss the prizes for the very nice 11h BATTLE (You need No european Player i think)
Pls fix it
And we all are tired to send Tickets.... Fix it!
If i want to send Tickets in all Events i should try to work as postman!

That sucks. Are you sure you guys just haven't logged out and reloaded the game enough times? I can only speak for myself, but I didn't receive any prizes until almost 90 minutes after battle ended. I did see a splash screen detailing what my syndicate and I won, and I verified at least the individual prize, so I am under the impression that everything is running smoothly.

Unfortunately, if things aren't running smoothly all you can do is send a ticket. On a positive note, you'll know from the community response to this thread whether or not your issue is widespread or if it only affects a few people. If it only affects a few people maybe fewer tickets will need to be sorted and the issue will be resolved for you sooner than later.

It's everyone's responsibility to check their own inventory. Do you go to the drive-thru and just assume pimple-face didn't screw up your order? Exact same principle here.

My Splash Screen says ZERO SYNDICATE REWARD & ZERO INDIVIDUAL REWARD...

I participated until there were just 3-4 hours remaining (which for a UK player meant staying up early!)...

I went to Bed with Accounts Ranked between Top 3000 & Top 8000 Individually
Syndicate was Top 150 but we don't really bother with short 11hr Battle...

We have the same in our syndicate, seems it's affecting Android users so far. I've emailed them about it...... but not a good start to new update 😈
