Yes, it matters to me. I spent thousands & thousands of dollars of this game & give you only a blank prize. Would you satisfied with that a good paying customer?

If you go to the restaurant & buy their food, and the food isn't great or not the way you expect - you just let it go easy or just ignore it?

If someone trying to fix your house & didn't get it right, do you think is okey with you?

If the Technician didn't fix your car right - do you think is okey with you..!?

Plain & simple, they need to make this right as we pay them up front with our well earned money..

I don't care about the boost or other problems in the game. All i care is the design unit prize that's all nothing less. Cause i'm already well boosted & i know the game has lots of problems already since day 1...
