Why release despite bugs during Beta testing

A number of members in my faction including my self reported that the 4.5 beta did not fix the issues and was still buggy

We were thanked for our feedback, but yet this version was pushed out...

Why?

The problems the larger playerbase is experiencing are not the same issues as were being reported by the beta program. We took steps to address all issues identified by our hard-working betas before we shipped this version, and we do appreciate your feedback.
