How is it that some of my friends who own IOS devices can buy one vault at regular price and be offered the second vault for same price but with more gold... but droid has never had that option..???

Both options almost cancel themselves out

IOS won't allow purchases over $99.99 USD
It's why they don't have treasuries for IOS
