Why did the arena reset all the points?

Seems like an obvious accident/glitch.

A glitch indeed, but it screws up the new tiers that I was shooting for before it ended.

Yeah, i suggest to just keep playing in case they sort it out and just add your points together.

Why would he be upset everyone received the prizes already if he wants he can go for a second arena epic plus

I just got an in-game update that fixed the duplicate arena. The rewards remain though.

*Side note - The Epic Boss ends 1 hour sooner on android now.

Epic Boss ends 1 hour before end of halloween redemption. I guess 1 accounted for end of daylight saving, while the other didn't...
And which exact update BTW? I seem to have had half a dozen updates and restarts today... ;-(

It's been taking me 3-5 updates just to get into the game. That's EACH time I try to get in game. Probably updated 20 or times in the past few hours...
