And wait two weeks during which you submit 5 tickets? Gree does not respond to tickets. The only way to get real help unfortunately making noise on the forums until they are forced to respond. Scroll back through the threads and you'll see this is by far the most effective way. They tell you to submit tickets because, well that way they can pretend to respond, while simply ignoring you silently rather than publicly.
It's sad but it's the truth.

They did not include any information as well as posting on other peoples behalf. If you have to send in multiple tickets and do not get responses then they might want to read my How To Guide. Submitting more than 1 ticket will only delay response time.
Gree does respond to tickets, as I had my account locked out and they restored it.

I'm sorry, I know that you are a peacemaker on here Legalious. But Gree's response to tickets is not defendable. It's that simple.

Agreed legit! With issues as serious as stolen accounts they don't act fast enough. Especially considering the fact people invested a lot in there accounts. Time and/or money. It aint the level 20 accounts that get stolen

Here you have it, folks. The number one reason why I finally threw in the towel.
If our accounts are not being protected, and backed up so they can be RESTORED, why, oh why, should I spend any time or money on this game?
So it can all disappear in seconds, then I can wait weeks for a response from GREE? Then have GREE dub me the hacker, and not the person who stole my account?
No thank you.
I'll take my business elsewhere, and I have.
Thank you all for the great memories, and I'll cherish the friendships I'm taking with me forever.

Legalious, the person had filed tickets but was frustrated and wastrying to get a response by tacking onto the back of my thread that had already been resolved. I had offered to help by starting a thread since she couldn't, but unfortunately she didn't put her information on after indicating that she would. All in all, sorry for any confusion, just trying to help someone.

My buddy who was one of the biggest spenders in knd got about 15 automated responses before they said he wasn't big enough of a customer to get dorect help. His account was stolen then banned and gree wont do anything to help. Their customer support seems to be ran by people with no feeling for the game and who dont even read questions at all

I'm not sure it's related to hacking but one of my guildies received a message that someone had tried to access his email account from an Asian country. If they were to get in, it could conceivably provide an avenue for them to hack his account and then he would be in this situation. Never give out the email account to which your game is bound. As a matter of fact, I would create an email specifically for this game and keep it that way.

If I had a dollar for every time someone threatened legal action against Gree...
I'd still consider playing this game.

If you are not receiving a response via Support, you can bring it to our attention here, however we would prefer a PM, rather than a thread. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours to receive an initial response to your ticket, and when you submit multiple tickets in a short span of time, it can cause your original to be pushed to the bottom of the queue. Additionally, when submitting a ticket, particularly regarding account theft, please make sure that you include as many account details as possible. Doing so will cut down on the back and forth with the Support Agents. Thanks!

Ok... we have a guy who had their account stolen..he has sent in all screenshot and months of purchase receipt and gree does nothing to give him his account back.. hasn't even responded to his emails in over a week.

Thank you....he had his account returned a week or so back..there was a couple missing epics and all his gems were gone but the account was returned to the rightful owner.
