Event hollowed hostilities reward?

Event just started and noticed the wrapper for Prestige Faction and Individual has boost of " +3% Health Increase "
Is this a new boost? Should it read Health Regen Increase?
An answer would be appreciated,Thanks

Thanks K,seems a feasible explanation,it's that or the "REGEN" is missing From text.
Would have been nice if we got an explanation if it is a NEW Bonus.
