dont buy either. before LTB's started coming out, they may have been worth it. but now, unless you're just collecting all buildings, they will do absolutely nothing to your iph growth.

So if you're collecting buildings, then buy. if you're working on iph, then throw that gold at other finishing upgrades so that they sync with other building in the same time cycle.
