FRONTLINE point bonus not working properly

My faction just deployed 800 gunners to Comm Outpost
1 gunner = 11,945 points x 2.72 (point bonus) = 32,848.75 points x 800 deploys = 26,279,000

at the end of our deploys, it show we only had 16m points in Comm Outpost

and yes, we posted pictures of our battle screen showing we use all our deploys and there were still 2 minutes left on the battle


Tadaah.......... Please have Dev check this, we LOST the battle because of it

and on top of thing, we got a total of 200m+ points YET the SS shows that we "need to deploy units" in order to win prizes

Same issue in my Faction! no rewards displayed and none received.

as for point multiplier I believe last I read it's for individual not Faction

believe it worked for us we got 3 rewards(the oh my gosh fl units woo hoo) and got rewards during war for individual goals as well.. Nothing major but still rewards so may not be across board failure just apparently you guys and a few others

Correct mutiplier is for individual only. Faction gets the raw stats on the nodes plus any points from other teams won from controlling a node.

Happened to me also. Deploy small amounts of units at a time. Once point is reached to complete current goal, deploy 1 unit and wait a few secondes. Goal will be done. Rinse and repeat until 1million points.

I basically deployed 900k points, then 1 unit at a time until 10/10 completed

Tadaah, you asked for faction names. Our faction "ik hou van Holland!!!" (Invite code 671655831) has played 2 frontline wars. 1x 1st, 1x 2nd, both times after the war we got "deploy more units......" But no prize. Also when i scored 1M point in 1 go, individual goal stuck at 2/10. I had to close the frontline, reopen it and then deploy 1 unit, wait a few seconds for the goal to show and update, then deploy an unit again, wait again and so on up to 10/10.......

1SG did not receive prizes our first battle - have screenshots saved too.
The screenshot also says we lost the battle even though we were first place.
In other news the intermittent screen shots really sucks azz.
And I'm pretty sure we lost another battle where not only we controlled more nodes, should have had more points and also deployed 10m more unit value than our opponent and apparently lost.

Add to these errors the locked factions, players missing out on rewards, unable to participate in events, etc etc etc. Your player appreciation month is like being bitten by a rabid dog while walking barefoot on broken glass. Next time please skip the appreciation. There's fewer snafu's.

Only units being paid out are when you achieve an individual / faction goal, not for positions in an actual battle - maybe it's a new game "enhancement" lol!

World Takeover. We aren't receiving prizes either. Also half the time I don't even get a splash screen with the results, which is irritating not even knowing what happened at the end, and sometimes when I get the splash screen it doesn't list the faction names next to the results for who is 1st, 2nd, 3rd.

Another problem seems to be during the last couple minutes when there are a lot of deploys, our points go up and down and appear to not be registering.

Silent Snipers Elite also not receiving any rewards after battles also on the occasional splash screen that has been shown when we have came in second has shown that we have received no control points even though we had control of nodes at the end of battle!
