Starting with 250 FL deploys?

Can anyone confirm that we are now starting with full deploys? Got a splash screen to that effect and just want to make sure?

yes, you start with 250 but this event is still garbage because of the difference in Unit strength, I don't see why they have the need to fix something that's not broken
