I think you are being facetious, but it has to be demoralizing for people who bought or won a promised prize to then find out they would not get the prize. One has to wonder how long they will accept a lack of compensation.

Maybe the items don't stack because the playing field is already ridiculously uneven. "Top/elite" syndicates are so far ahead of the competition that unless their competition has at least a small shot a closing the gap, even if just a tad, they will continue to dominate with ease. This leads to a situation where those chasing the top syndicates realize any and all effort is futile, spending stops, and if nothing changes, the game dies.

Has anyone noticed how the stats on prizes for other events seem to have dropped slightly recently? No mod for the last sltq, ltq end prize stats are back down to five figures, a while back the war prizes for top 250 and lower were drastically reduced. It's almost as if Gree is trying to address an out of control stat inflation that will also eventually lead to the game ending.

But then you look at the street assault prizes, where you don't need to be in a top syndicate to get an item with stats better than that of any other event prize
