are you an individual LTQ/FLTQ speed masters player, or want to be? without temp bonuses.
you want to complete all boss levels? masters and prestige
expect to finish in top 100 or better for all events?
want to join others of this caliber who play consistently?
have stats with minimum of One Billion for every 100 levels of your account.
don't have problems making minimums because you are active.
