Some one from gree help with ticket please!

Ticket number is "1987009 " is was closed I suppose receive refills back but was never rewarded back to account been about 5 day sent multiple ticket back to gree but no response if tadaah or whoever can pass on to gree support so can be fix this be greatly appreciated thku

In my inventory also update tried rebooting thousand times also deleted restalled the game I never once recieved 30 refill I never got it

I did receive unit after but never got the 30 refills of energy that was further rebursmene

Are you looking under your Specials tab of your inventory?

Yes I am when i ran out energy showed no refills left

And this ticket was sent to me four days ago and yet to receive it .. I responded the same day as recieved ticket to not getting like said checked special section multiple times log in and out multiple times also deleted game reinstalled it

You'll need to respond to the ticket and give them as much information as possible. The refills are showing as in your inventory. Apologies for the frustration.

Can someone look into this ticket please. #1984097 Only taken 3 months with the same responce I attached screen shots and everything. My cement factory at level 10 and it say -1% in my bonus inventory reason why I'm not getting any time building/upgrade reduction. Thanks
