Well firstly this is in the wrong section this is clearly a trade request, a move should occur, you're welcome. If you're going to finish 100% guarantee why would someone come and help you that seems silly when they could help a smaller team potentially achieve something they couldn't finish with a "100% guarantee". I think any top 50 faction should be able to finish this without assistance, clearly shows poor leadership. I'm wondering why didn't sup help you this time? Looks pretty bad needing help twice.
