What does a Product Manager do? is that like a Developer?
I think I know what a game designer does, but anything more specific than "they design games" would be good. Or do they code?

I honestly don't know their job duties; sorry for asking straight-up noobie questions.

Should we only ask job specific questions? Or how will this work?
It would be a shame to waste the hour asking the wrong questions, kwim?

Ask questions pertaining to the game and you'll be fine. Both will be able to answer your questions to the fullest. Can't really give you a list of all their job duties, sorry. Remember, dates change, so that would be difficult to answer. Really vague questions like "Will there be new events?" may also not received the desired response. We have new events all the time. "Will there be new features?" We're always looking for new ways to make the game better; this includes features. Try to be slightly more specific like: "Can you tell us a little bit more about the upcoming Crafting feature?" (P.S. We'll be posting a full FAQ on this feature before it goes live.) Too specific: "Are you ever going to change the attack on X item?" may also not heed desired answers.

TL;DR version: Dates are hard. "Stuff" is always subject to change. Try to find the middle ground between vague and specific.

Thanks Tadaaah, that was very helpful. No prob about their job descriptions; I can google for basics. I wanted to avoid those things you mentioned and things they have nothing to do with, like CS.
