Which CC subforum, Trade Requests or Syndicate Recruitment, is proper for syn hoppers?

Asking for hoppers or jumpers spams General, but it's not really asking for new recruits or to trade items.

IMHO, it's more of a trade request (for hits), but with the number of newbie unicorns joining the forums, some consistency would be appreciated.

Apparently "noob" violates the terms of service, but "newbie" is perfectly acceptable. I heard this directly from our arbitrary overlords.
