Losing new epic boss energy

So, I have 2 accounts.
I bought 50 epic boss energy on both accounts.

1 account I lost 35 energy.
The other account I lost 24 epic boss energy.
Both times, I had only used 2 of my warriors (5 eb energy), and after I beat the boss with them, POOF! Epic energy lost.
(no, I didnt play them at the same time. 1 device on at a time).

I have contacted Gree on both accounts.

I wouldnt buy epic boss energy until they sort this bug out.

One of my guildies lost the 200 eb energy gree refunded him due to the energy dissapearing issues with last eb and the one before. Ironic huh, losing it twice.

Happened to me twice once with 67 eb energy the other with 47. I bought 50 energy the second time just to test it out after fighting once with one knight energy gone again.

Well, they gave me back the 24 (actually 25) energy on my one character, but I didnt get the 35 eb energy back on my other character.
