Frozen counter gree error unfixed

It seemed the counter frozen at certain point is already not an isolated incident. Many factions face that during fLTQ and RB events.

It's already more than a month, and we've submitted more than a hundred tickets already, but this problem still exists, without proper explanation, nor solution.

GREE let's SOLVE this problem before proceeding to any further LTQ or RB. Or else you just disappoint us again and again. We don't know when you would go wrong again. Giving us one more day WON'T solve the problem, unless you fix your frozen counter.

Factions and friends, please add to the following list, so GREE knows it's not the sole 'cannot synchronize with server' issue.

Apologies for the frustrations. This type of matter is usually do to syncing. Please be sure to force a server sync between actions to help make these items register. You can do this through actions like vaulting cash.

Can we gather all factions facing the same 'Counter Freeze' problem with the FLTQ / Raid Boss put down your faction information here? It's better to force GREE to respond collectively instead of doing it / sending tickets individually. (From last RB experience)

The faction has at least done 70 kills.
Many of us spent lots of energy packs to complete the speed Masters and were cheated out of the prize
due to your technical difficulties.

October 1st, Normal Faction: Blood Cabal (10/10) stuck on 25/28. Did over 30 kills to no avail. Faction is owed Fanatic AA Tank, 33.28k/36.05k w/ +5% ground defense. Ticket #1933030 supposedly escalated to a Modern War Player Experience Specialist but the unit has not been credited yet. It seems they may have changed the ticket number to 1935144 so don't know what that's about.

Beginner Faction: Grim Harvest (4/5) stuck on 11/25. Did 35 kills to no avail. Faction is owed $151,283, 1513 valor, 2 concrete and the opportunity to finish for the last goal, Grim Groundhog 546,844/364,563 w/ +5% ground defense (however small, still helps). Ticket #1980418. I got 10 energy refills and 10 health medpacks as a "means of some compensation" but it is not an individual issue, it is a faction issue and nobody else in the faction got any "means of some compensation."
