I know you mods always advocate a non-public discussion of player issues like this. As soon as I find a 'faction help' or 'faction support' or 'contact here for faction event issues' button I will stop posting here in general forums.

I didnt have hits registered on Faction Normal 4/10, individual did register..for what u see here this seems to be pretty common ont his ltq..

This video is proof that kills are not counting on indy/faction LTQ. No apps were open, tried force close and hard reset. Did numerous server interactions. I am the one who filmed this video. Please try to tell me why this kill did not count. I will debunk you.

It's really annoying, as it's already the second time our faction got stuck in an event due to GREE's error.
First time is last RB, where we got stuck at master 23/29. We finished the master events as supposed, but only quite a few of us could finally got the 29/29 reward, and all couldn't get the rewards from 23/29 to 28/29

Now in this fltq, our faction got freezes at master 9/20 AGAIN. Are u going to let it alone?

Faction master frozen on level 13/20, 35/37 kills. been there for 8 hours. No fix yet..............
BTW, all faction members have tried and WASTED 3000 energy.

Now the other way, fltq shows 2 kills for me, individual 1... On normal 9...
