Experienced several recent departures from players retiring, most having multiple accounts in our faction. We currently have about 15 open spots because of the departures, and as a result dropped from a team pushing top 100 to falling around top 370ish this most recent event. A small alliance, or group of active players would boost us back to top 250.
We always finish regular boss events within several hours, Raid Boss we are about 75% of the way through prestige and will push as far into Masters as possible, FLTQ events we always finish beginner through prestige and with the boosted energy regen plan on finishing 1-2 Master FLTQ's as well.
We don't require gold use, have a minimum WDP requirement of 25k, which is easily obtainable with minimal effort, have a minimum folder requirement for raid bosses and run donation drives periodically, in addition to voluntary cash donations. We use Kakao for communication and take advantage of DockBot.
