My phone died on me last week. Submitted trouble tickets with all info the day it happened. Still no word from gree as to when this problem will be solved. Already got kicked from my top 58 faction. Player appreciation month? I've spent 1000's on this game and no resolution. If I didn't respond to my customers after 7 days they wouldn't be my customers anymore

Why can't we just link the game to our Google account like every other game? Then no matter what device we are using we can pick up where we left off and no need for tickets and downtime in the game

I got a new Android phone this week. the transfer took about 1 minute and 0 tickets. In fact, I think the download was the most time consuming part. And doing the intro, I suppose.
