Missing Energy

Someone in my guild pointed out that he was getting +5 energy per 1 minute tick before the +10 bonus and now he's getting +14 energy per 1 minute tick.

I noticed the same thing with mine, but another person in the guild who said he was getting +4 without the bonus is now getting +15 with the bonus.
