Not sure I get you. I'm showing 198k 15% sea defense unit wrapper for 100 kills and 4 faction goals, and 379k 20% ground attack for 150 kills and 4 faction goals. I'll post boss health when I start killing at lvl 50.

Boss 45 on the 250-300 tier takes about 1.2b.
Boss 65 on the 250-300 tier is close to 2.1b.
