I know things will go wrong, that people will whine and complain, then go right back to tapping.

The last two FLQ events have given out ridiculous energy boost rewards with a lower energy requirement.

It's safe to assume the bosses will be the same.

Gree is giving the lower level players a taste of what it is like to have several bonuses, and win prizes that were previously out of reach. Probably in an attempt to get them to spend on gold.

Also, the community has been saying for a few months that the bosses (both raid and epic) health has been skyrocketing while player attacks weren't. I assume this is their way of correcting this.
