Splashscreens

Does anyone know exactly what causes the splashscreens to appear when you start the game? Sometimes I get them and sometimes I don't. And sometimes I close them too quickly and miss out on important prize info and I don't know how to get them back.

On a related note, it would be nice to be able to view all the active splashscreens on demand, instead of just seeing a random one when the game starts. Could we get a "Splashscreen" tab under the "News" menu or something?

The in-game SS's could be posted in the Announcements subforum when released: much easier than reconfiguring the game menu, I'd guess.

I just got a SS for SA that said to come to the forum for more info, but game info is rarely posted by the GREE staff.
(...not saying they aren't finally making an effort now to post more info.)
Player info is fine but often speculative or after the event has begun.
