so i know a ton of you guys have problems with free video gems, but the last 2 nights i worked graveyard shift, and ran videos while reading my homework.

last night i went from 9 to 77 in a few hours

tonight i went from 77 to 124 (oop, and i'm getting more)

one thing i keep noticing, is if sometimes i get a "no more videos", i'll click again, and have more.

im using an ATT samsung galaxy3 cellphone. i heard you guys have different amounts depending on the device. im also in illinois. so, im just giving information that may make a difference. also i do it at 12 midnight to around 7 am (Central time)

Also - no vpn, no tricks, just on my hotels wifi.

I'm having similar results. No tricks or VPN or anything like that, just click on the button. I have been having to wake up at 3:30 every morning (central time) and the last two nights I'm getting 20+ videos. I'm on iOS by the way.

getting 5-15 per day on my phone here in the Netherlands, past midnight seems to be the best time for them, so it kind of seems like at least partially videos might be released spread out over the whole day and it's first come first serve, so late at night you have to share them with fewer other people...

i believe you are correct, just for the fun of it, i continued to press check videos, kinda spammed the button for science. it seemed as though, it was giving a new video every 2-3 mins after the initial rush. so i think that either during night less people video click, so they build up faster, or they release a buttload at night, and then have a steady small stream leak the rest of the day.

I just got a 10 minute video. 10 ,minutes for 1 gem. I canceled out of it. Not worth it.

Seems we get a lot of longer videos these days... I think we should get more gems from them its 14 videos from 30 seconds.

For some reason I can't start a new thread, but has anyone got Tapjoy to work? I have not been able to get one offer from them to work and the free videos that are supplied by them give me no gems for watching them. Any help or advice?

Next time try to move the timebar in vid to last couple sec, then play those sec. Someone in my guild told that works

Not feasable. It's a video and player sized maybe 200x150 on a 1080p screen and if you tap it, 99% chance the hitbox makes you click through to the website...

Hmm, kind of looks like they (mostly?) turned off free video gems for the duration of the set of 40% sales, I guess to entice people to buy for raid or for gemming to complete halloween event in time instead. (at least I'm not getting any videos these past 2-3 days...)

has anyone got Tapjoy to work?

I went to their website and downloaded a few games to test it. I didn't recieve gems.

However, when I downloaded their "myTapjoy App" and entered into the earn gems for K & D, the offers I completed yielded gems. Unfortunately, there aren't too many totally free offers.

Same here. I was hearing about people getting tons of gems from this, so I figured I would try it out. 2 weeks later, nothing. App deleted.

I have had the same problem. Hundreds of times. Submitted a ticket, no gems or response.

But in this case all of these things have been done numerous times lol. I've actually had all 3 happen.

I had my own thread on gems, but this seems to be the updated place to b****. ;)

Not sure what's going on, but I just had five videos--more or less back-to-back--play for four seconds apiece, then vanish. After the third video, my game switched off. I reloaded the game, no difference. I turned my iPad off/on, same story.

* marvel vid
* some weird anime vid
* trucks and Pamplona bulls vid

None will play, no gems. I have my button, but it's not doing me a lick of good today... :(

P.S. The very last time I sent in a ticket (duly documented with screenshots), I was told the problem was third party.

How does it work for videos though? I can't prove that I watched four seconds of a video...unless I preemptively snapshot it...and I don't see an ID being created by just watching videos... :(

The quoted text lists how to look up your ID and I guess Fyber should be able to see in their logs if you completed a video.

So i was doing the free gems video thing and got busy so my phone went black and when i came back the button was gone!! There is no more free gems button when you go to that menu! Is there a fix for this or is it gone for everyone?

It depends how many gems you have received lately. Apparently some people get locked out after they have got too many free gems in a certain period. It should get restored after a while.

I read the text; it seemed to imply I needed to be on the "free offers" side to create an ID, not the free videos. For example, I've watched tons of videos since I started here, and not once have I found a button or screen that shows me my free video ID.

Yes, the text very clearly says to get your ID for the videos you go to the offer wall and look up the FyberID. In other words: the ID for both sides is the same.
