Guild trial count reset to zero!

Come on GREE!!! It's time to get at least one thing working properly!
Our count for the guild trial quest was reset to zero when the individual trial quest clock ran out! We should have 16+ days for this according to the clock counting down!

First, your glitchy app locked us out of the war event, and now your erasing our progress in the trial quest!

How about a month of pre-tested events... We would all appreciate that!

Yep, this blows... We were almost complete with level 4, now we are reset.


Hey GREE, think maybe we should just call October a nice try and go for the player appreciation month in November? You know, take a few more weeks of planning to get things right. Maybe?

We did participate. We actively tried to finish this thing as quick as possible to get it out of the way. Is that not participating?

Is there going to be compensation?

How are we supposed to swallow the fact that all the hard work we put into that quest was for nothing?

Okay, the more I think about this the more I get upset...

Why didn't you shut down the event when you knew there was a problem?

Why wouldn't you make an announcement here on the forum and/or in-game splash screen to let us know to stop working on the event?

Why would you just reset everybody without any announcement?

Why wait for somebody to make a thread and then respond to it an hour later?

Why should I ever spend any money on a game when its a waste of time?

I understand what happened here,we all complained about 2 energy quests at the same time and gree listened abd wanted to give a chance to all to finish gltq part of ltq but it happened this,count of trials that our members did got reset on gltq part of trials..
I understand you Uberfauker why you got upset because those trials are not so easy to finish and progress in gltq part was lost

This is not what happened! They launched a botched event like normal and maybe people were not able to participate. Their only fix was to reset everybody without ANY consideration for the time and effort others have put into this event.

What they should have done is award the guilds that have completed levels and extended the time so those affected could participate.

Yes, this is exactly why I'm frustrated. We put time, effort and gems into finishing this early and all we get to show for that is a huge slap in the face.

This is the only comment made about fixing the problem. Tadaah you mention nothing about people participating...or running double energy events.

I am not very happy about the non-information put forward on the event, you all need to be more open with how the events work, what will happen and the rewards.
When the players are left in the dark and stuff we do not expect happen it causes problems like this.
Please be more open with us.
It's hard to know what to do, when we are not told anything. A little information about how the event was going to work and there would have been a lot less problems, as we would have known.

We have 24 hours to finish these quest on top of guild quest. I wasn't complaining about my gem usage until the trails got deleted back to 0. Why punish the gem users? We spend and you guys take back? Wth

Probably not, I don't see any indication that GREE cares about any progress that was made prior to the reset. This has got to be the biggest go f'yourself player appreciation I have ever seen.

Prob not.
But now we know the guild trails quest gets reset, is it then a daily? And we get new a guild quest each day?
Or we only have 24hrs to compleat it with daily resets and once it's done it's done.

Seeing how there has been no further response to this issue, I think they just "appreciate" the gems we spent and will not be issuing any refunds.

gree doesn't care....the sooner you all realize this the better off you will be. it will not change....it has not for two years.....I really hope you guys get some kind of compensation ....but I am sure as usual they wont.
