Have you been in the game to see the new chest and what it has to offer? This is limited time special chest.

Not only do you get a bonus per each purchase but an increased option for Titan Battlegear. Let Gree know what you think about this new chance chest offering.

I like the option for Gifts with purchase, though the increased price per purchase is a little setback but still reasonable pricing.

I did pull 1 chest.. For 28 gems... After that you can forget it.

210 gems for:
Five 2*-5* armors (most likely 2*)
Four Enchanted keys
Three fusion stones
11 fusion boost armors
Two 3* armors

The fba might be worth it for some, but I don't think it's worth it overall. I've been opening one of each of the past tranquil chests just for the enchanted keys and I think I've got myself one fba from the keys each week.
