Agree but I want to save some money at the same time to keep upgrading my other Diamond Grillz and Teahouses lol. It sucks when you don't have the -30% upgrade cost mod :(

It would be great if Gree would finally do two LTBs running simultaneously. Something relatively cheap for those on a budget, and something expensive for those with little or nothing left to upgrade. Having only one at a time will alienate one group no matter what Gree does. Either people can't afford the building and aren't happy about it, or upgrading the building is dirt cheap and the payout is reflective of that, leaving the other group unhappy.

Wouldn't be surprised if the old LTBs made an appearance seeing its player Appreciation Month. Gree were worn down with the +1 requests (thx Sleazy) and the old LTBs get asked for even more. Then again +1s make commercial sense.

I have a lot of 12 hour buildings (2 MTs at level 8, 2 Lofts at lvl 6, 2 killer condos at level 2, and 2 diamond grillz at level 1.) I have about 100 Million saved up.

What's the best course of action?

A - Build the church even with the 14 hour collection time
B - Build 2 nightclubs
C - Upgrade my existing 12 hour buildings

Arent the ltbs in sync with modern war? Diamond grill was very similar to the hidden gem, and if that's the case then this month's LTB shouldnt be exciting at all.
