Shoot over a bulleted list and I'll work on getting them all posted tomorrow. There are a few WD's that the information pulled doesn't include Faction Names just IDs, so we won't be able to get those up. We have made sure that the names are to be pulled for events in the future to avoid that happening again.

Why would the players of the game have to send the company running the game a list of events that company has run? That makes no sense. Do your job, this has been asked for over a month repeatedly with empty promises. May not be solely your fault, but comes off real lazy by the company as if Gree doesn't care. (one of many such examples recently)

I know colonel k and he was very happy to see that he had somehow won the faction event in wd by himself. He'd like to know when gree will be awarding him the prizes for that. He's in a top 150 faction and that would be a big boost for him! Lol.

surely you can pull an existing file that links faction ids to names, and lookup the names of the factions for the old results that way

Form Mods have posted the results of Full Assault in the past (here is one - http://forums.gree.net/showthread.php?88243-Full-Assault-Caucasus-Winner-s-list!&highlight=Full+Assault).

In general, I am in agreement that all the leader board results should be posted without requesting the mods over again and again.

So you will start posting the Frontline results huh? Full day after the event is over almost, and not a thing for a 5 minute data query and excel formatting. So much for player appreciation.

I am not sure if people that work at Gree have Duties/Job Assignments. I think they just do their work and no planning and do things as they see fit.

We can't even get them to post any info on upcoming events.

And they like to changes things up and notify us very late, at times less than 24 hours before a major event starts or even delay without notifications until they hear us complaining.

If the program can calculate ranks and rewards in a matter for less than 10 minutes, would it not be as easy to export that info to post in Announcements? Someone needs to be assigned this job to be performed right after FL or WD ends.

It should be a part of the "Standard Operating Procedures" after each event.

Not sure why you need a list of events from a customer to do your job, but these still aren't out, also post BOTH individual and faction ranks. Last time you only posted individual and not faction which is the opposite of what you normally post...
