at war but won't fight

Yesterday morning we declared war. We defeat wall. Idk when but DL down. After that we won't attack rivals. Only can hit wall. We won that war about 2000:0 - rival did not fight. But results of that war did not count to our score
Now we have another issue. We are at war. But all my android members still see button "BATTLE" . And iOs see war but won't fight - updating event data.
Does somebody have the some problem?
I sent ticket. Just want to know if we are alone

We had exactly that issue on Friday night. Android users saw the Declare button but when they pressed it were told somebody already had. ios users could see the wall coming down but couldn't fight, just an error message. We sent a ticket, got no useful reply. Missed the points from battle at peak time when the whole team was on.
