Please help! Our guild doesn't get matched - we have a frozen 'War declared' screen. Members that restart the game can not get back. They get a message 'Cannot connect to server. You must have access to the internet to use this application.'

Sorry that I opened a 2nd thread but I really don't know what to do. I know that matchups can take up to 1 hour - but this is different. Please look into this isue ASAP. We want to fiht to stay in top50

A perfect example why Gree needs to add a live customer support option!

How long will SVC need to wait for someone from customer service to open one of their tickets?

It's 3.5 hours no without any answer from gree

Over 9h and Gree still hasn't answered to any of our tickets. If they run a main event on a weekend they should be able to give us at least a heads up - but nothing.
We can not even access the game to continue trials or collect our buildings.

Is anyone around? Tadaaah?
Is that what Gree means with player appreciation month?

It's 13 hours now and our guild is down from rank 30 to 44. Still our members can not open the game. Those who are still in the game (because they didn't closed it) have still a frozen 'war declared' screen

And (what a surprise) still no sign from gree

This happened already last year to our guild (we were blocked for the last 12 hours) - no help and no compensation from gree. Some of our top-gemmers stopped buying gems after that. Now we found our way back and the same thing happens to our guild again - all the work we did for nothing. And again the same reaction from gree: nothing

You can do a post every hour, won t change that most likely before Monday(if you're lucky)nobody will reply anyway.
