No Idv rewards received on iOS and android for my 2 devises. Just the faction rewards. Noticed something strange on android was that I couldn’t see my individual ranking during the event, but got the correct updates for Faction ranking. On my iOS, both rankings are working. Wonder if the system has hung because of this issue or unrelated?:(

Well, if you left faction an hour after event was over to allow a folder drop apparently you don't get faction or indy prizes and the response i got was (do i have screen shots?) Hoping leaders took screen shots but no response from them as of yet.

Ok, so did anyone receive the individual prize?

I didnt notice a pop up (only for faction as well). Problem is, Due to timezones, ive go no idea what tier i finished so i dont know what unit to look for.

I got a response from them but they asked for a screenshot, which I dont have. 6.56m points was enough to get top 2500 and they should be able to track that on the server. I just want my unit, or my money back.

It has been 48hrs and still no response from a mod on an issue that effected everyone.

Besides failing to get any individual award I also failed to get the last 4 deployment awards. I deployed 733,500 in the first and only battle my mini had the funds for and only got 6/10 awards. My ticket is pending.
